- Enhanced marketing operations and sales workflows by establishing improved sales processes, procedures and templates, creating quantifiable metrics and KPIs, and instituting changes within companies Salesforce.com database.
- Oversaw the quality, authenticity and relevance of all content, including presentations, collateral, case studies, client deliverables, proposals, reports, etc.
