Oversaw marketing communications strategies and campaigns to engage clients and prospects for implementation partner that focused on accelerating performance for global companies through Lean, Continuous Improvement and Change Management techniques.

Generated an average of 40 qualified leads per month through ongoing integrated demand generation efforts, including social media, email, web (e.g., PPC, SEO) partnership activities, event hosting / participation, and speaking engagements.
Oversaw the creation of various multimedia projects and all marketing, sales enablement and delivery tools, including client deliverables, presentations, collateral, business cases, proposals, video productions, podcasts, websites, social media interactions, media releases, etc.
Procured and launched content management system for global consulting team to more effectively store and organize intellectual property and client materials, improving companywide productivity by more than 50% per year by optimizing employee communications, document management, as well as collaboration between sales and delivery.
Designed new iPad interactive sales tool, creating a better use of time both internally (less customized packages developed) and externally (more engaging for the client), while simultaneously cutting print and production costs.
