- Spearheaded brand development and positioning, new product / solution innovation and launch, media planning, demand generation campaigns, and promotion initiatives companywide.
- Achieved 300% increase in web traffic and # of qualified leads over 12-month period by championing and launching integrated, digital communications strategies, combining web (e.g., PPC, SEO, landing pages), social, email, field marketing, and PR activities.
- Accelerated growth by planning, organizing and executing 80+ events and 50+ product / solution campaigns, generating thousands of qualified leads and millions in revenue.

- Educated and motivated global workforce by teaming with Human Resources to design, launch and oversee internal communications program, resulting in a 50% increase in employment engagement over 6-month period through a continuous mix of live / online events, weekly communications, surveys, cross-functional collaboration activities, employee portal updates, and ongoing issue resolution.
- Conceptualized thought leadership awareness strategy of internal subject matter experts (SMEs), increasing market saturation by 1) launching more effective blog that more fully exposed areas of expertise, increased interactions (reduced bounce rates), and improved overall web traffic; 2) establishing speakers bureau and organized presentation engagements; 3) pitching story ideas and facilitating media interviews; and 4) pursuing award and other recognition opportunities.
- Supported client onboarding and roll-out efforts by driving change management initiatives associated with the adoption of new mobile applications, software development, system integrations / implementations, and SharePoint portals.
