As part of equity venture, led the development and execution of annual marketing plan and budget, driving global outreach efforts for two IT management consulting companies that provided system implementation support (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Oracle, QNXT, etc.) and other solutions to life sciences, healthcare, retail, and technology organizations.
- Directed corporate integrated communications efforts, including managing events, digital marketing lead generation campaigns, and PR activities, while also simultaneously providing billable consultation to clients such as Disney, Oracle and Boehringer Ingelheim.
- Supported business development teams in the performance of assigned operational / business management responsibilities, such as methodology development and go-to-market strategies.
- Led internal communications program, re-branding efforts and other transition activities associated with various mergers and acquisitions, resulting in high employment retention rates.
- Slashed marketing operational costs through more effective oversight of vendor and partner relationships, including project sub-consultants, website designers / developers, freelance writers, graphic designers, technology partners, and marketing consultant, among others,
- Managed product launch campaign for Mobile Point of Service (mPOS) technology, enabling such retail chains as Disney and Bed Bath & Beyond to begin using iPhones as hand-held cash registers.
- Served as marketing consultant to Boehringer Ingelheim, supporting the development of a technology-based collateral asset management tool to reduce content development turnaround.
- Blueprinted PR effort surrounding Infogain’s 20-Year Anniversary, culminating to a two-day event that included ample networking time, entertainment and educational program.
